Downstairs- A large sitting room with comfortable seating, open fire, TV. You may access the garden from here. The dining area seats 8 with an additional 2 folding chairs and leads through to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and breakfast bar. The fridge, fridge-freezer and Washer/Dryer are in the adjoining utility room. There is also a separate W.C on this floor. Oil fired central heating throughout


Lower ground floor- Here there is a bunk room with 2 sets of adult sized bunks and a large twin room with TV.


Upstairs- There is a beautifully decorated double room with a bathroom en suite, a family bathroom and a further twin room.

Outside there is a terraced area with seating for out door eating.

Immediately across the road from the property is a large playing field with a tennis court that can be hired by the hour.
